Premium is worthless?

So I paid to get premium to have it tell me that getting premium is what I need to do. So basically you’re telling me that I paid to be told that I need to pay more. This is ridiculous I want a full refund. Grouping matches even with the app open and running during those matches. I paid to have my battery run down and my frustration to go to an all time high. I don’t want you to reconcile this, I want a refund
