Please make sure you’re not using a VPN, as these can lead to blocks.
I can see that you’re likely in the region of Russia despite setting the account to Japan, and we’re aware that some areas of Russia have wide blocks on many games/services; ourselves included, we can’t help skirt that specific situation.

I don’t use VPN at all. I’ve tried searching for my profile again, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried reinstalling, changing my region, but it still doesn’t want to. Now I have a long search that lasts for 10 minutes, but it still doesn’t show my profile. If you think it’s a problem with the internet, then no, I can confidently say that the internet is working perfectly.
