I have my setting on my PS5 set correctly, it’s not set to off. Yesterday it was working and I could see my stats. Now it says my profile is private and I don’t have it set to private. I’m on PS5.

Secondly, we have zero control over your account’s privacy; that option is solely controlled by this setting in-game:
Hello. I’m having the same issue. It was working this morning but says I’m set to private now. I checked my data sharing settings and everything is set correctly.

Hey, we don’t control privacy options, those are 100% controlled in-game by the user as noted above.
Please keep playing with the option open and things will work eventually; we cannot over ride this.

Hey! PS5 User here, i have the same issue.
First week i could find my profile and the ones of my friends now since a few days tracker says im in private mode.
Did not change anything and Data Sharing is still ON 
My friends profiles do work fine
Same issue here. playing on steam. gameplay sharing is enabled on settings. Can’t find my steam username and the case sensitive EA id also doesn’t work.
