Provided account is invalid (could not be found)

Hello TRN Community and Support,

I am a Premium member and I’m having a serious issue with my daily streak in the mobile app for Rocket League.

My Profile: zPaxcalz (Epic Games)

The Problem:
When I open the app, my main profile loads perfectly fine. However, as soon as I try to complete or check my daily streak via the “Learn More” (Erfahre mehr) pop-up, it throws the error: “Provided account is invalid (could not be found)”.

What I have tried so far:

  • I fully unlinked and relinked my Epic Games account.

  • I cleared the app cache and completely wiped the app data via Android settings.

  • I tested Fortnite tracking inside the same app, and Fortnite works flawlessly. The issue only happens with Rocket League.

Since I am paying for Premium, I really don’t want to lose my daily streak because of this API/app bug. Could an admin please look into my account mapping or shield/restore my streak manually?

We don’t have a resolution at this time, but I’ll get back to you once we have an update on this matter.
