I have been playing Rainbow Six Siege with a tracker for an extended period. Recently, I switched PCs, and while I have retained my lifetime statistics, I have lost all data pertaining to operators and weapons and maps. Despite creating a new profile in an attempt to synchronize the data, this action did not yield any positive results.

Unfortunately, the app currently does not support syncing the data that it tracks locally on your computer (which includes matches, operators, weapons, and maps).
Do you still have access to your stats in the app on your old computer? There may be a way to copy the data to your new computer, though I am not sure if it will work as I have not tried it before.
