I was playing valorant and tracking my activity by TRN app. I’ve earned to the end of week about 1800xp and was ready to be promoted for the next “Ranger” tier. But today I’m again on start. Can u fix it?

Same thing happened to me in Fortnite I was suppose to be promoted to legend this has happened for two weeks in a row please fix your app

Hello again! New week started, but there is no promotion again… I was about 2k exp and on the first place to be promoted for Hero division. Can you please fix it?
