I have all my accounts linked, I have everything sorted from privacy settings. I played the matches, I played several matches, in casual mode, not any other mode or private. it isn’t loading and giving me the discord promotion, I even played Fortnite and it’s failing to do anything, and my account is a month old on tracker gg

Can you open this page: Fortnite Player Count — Live Active Players & Population Stats - Fortnite Tracker
Click on the XP icon on the top right-hand side of the screen (Desktop internet browser), this will open up the XP dashboard.
Check the claimed tab and see if you can see the Discord pack.
*You can also do this on the mobile app, the XP icon will be on the left-hand side
