My Tracker App has ads even though I have premium on the website.
Hey, there seems to be a bug finding your steam username via the app. This stops us detecting your premium membership.
Whilst we fix the issue, there are two options you can use. I’ve verified option 1 works.
Option 1: Open our Rocket League desktop app > settings > Data Reset > Check the warning box, hit reset & restart.
You’ll be able to manually link your account, enter your steam ID (76561197978738185) and your premium membership is detected.
Option 2: Link your Epic Games account to your Premium TRN account here. Restart the app. You may have to manually enter your Epic Username in the app with the steps shown above.
