Rocketleague.tracker.network/rocket-league/favorites no longer loading

Have have a list of favorite users starred, and for years they’ve been showing up without issue when I’m logged in and open Favorite Players - Rocket League Tracker . This no longer works. It loads indefinitely.

What I’ve tried:

  1. Chrome
  2. Chrome incognito
  3. Edge
  4. Chrome on another laptop
    Same results for all of these.

The mobile TRN app does load favorites, but I cannot seem to view all of the user’s rank in a particular mode (ie: 3v3) at once, leaving me needing to open each user and scroll to their 3v3 to see the rank. The website was great for showing all of the ranks at once for all of my favorites.

Using the mobile app, I removed all of my favorites and then Favorite Players - Rocket League Tracker would show “Unfortunately, your list of favorite players is currently empty. Please search for some Rocket League players and add them to your favorites.” As soon as I added 1 favorite, even my own account as the only favorite, the page goes back to an indefinite loading screen where the ranks would show up.

We spotted this on Friday; I’ve reported this in our internal Rocket League developer channels; i’m sure we’ll get a fix out during the week.

It has been several weeks and this has not been fixed. Can you provide an update?

struggling with the same. favorites list stays empty, readding players to favorites does not help.

We believe the culprit for the issues has been identified; basically, if you have favourited an account that no longer exists (name change), it can error out.

This is on us, a fix will be on the way soon TM, no exact date but it was discussed internally yesterday :slight_smile:

that does not seem to be the reason for the issue on my side.

as i told you, removing all players as favorites and readding them, does not fix it. and i readd them naturally by using the “favorite” button which appears right in their very well existing profile. also, both profiles have the same name since the start.

It’s with the relevant people; I’m sure we’ll have a fix out soon.

Internally, we have people who don’t have issues, some (myself included) still have the issue.

Please leave this with us, it’s on my radar, and when we have updates, we’ll let you know.

update: your comment pointed me towards a solution.

it was not the 2 friends profiles that had the issue, it was my own one which i had also added (steam account). i have an epic account with an identical name, both pointing to the same game account. if i set the epic account as a favorite instead of the steam account, all 3 favorites reappear.

Awesome, it’s back!

Also, It must be coded different because it loads the results instantly, which is great. Previously it would sit loading for a moment, so much appreciated!
