Searching for the EAID of Battlefield 5 shows an error

I have already logged in my account and i’m getting this error everytime i try to access my stats.

The stat collector returned the following status code: Private

Pease help me!!!

Hi, could you confirm that -CarlnnninI- is your current name on Origin/EA?

Could you also confirm that your stat privacy is set to public?

  1. Start the game.
  2. Choose Accessibility & Options.
  3. Select General.
  4. Scroll down to Share Usage Data.
  5. Toggle Share Usage Data On.
