Just bought premium. Hasn’t removed ads. I play on Origin and not via Steam.

EDIT: Fixed! That was many more steps than I had expected, but I finally got to the solution.

Hi @sgtpimms,

Most probably, you are using the incorrect Origin nickname in your Tracker Network account:

https://thetrackernetwork.com/manage/social

Please make sure that you have the same nickname in both places:

  1. Your Apex Legends profile on our website.
  2. Your account settings on our website.

For example, your nickname should not include your club name.

I found that i had to add the [TTV] (clan tag) for it to work right
