When I switched to Steam the tracker updated and showed my steam name and updated some stats while I played. Now when I switch back to Origin, it will not change back to my Origin/EA name (where i have also paid for premium) and it still show’s my Steam name in the tracker and won’t update. I’ve restarted the app multiple times and even restarted the PC, same issue. Only once randomly one day it changed back to my Origin, but if I play on steam it will get stuck there for a long time (its been a day now).

Could you tell us your Steam and Origin nicknames please? Are you a member of a club?
Also, what is your current app version? You can find it in the app settings:
If your current version is 1.4.3 (we released it today with a couple of fixes) and you still have this issue, please send us your logs:
- Play a match in Apex Legends.
- Leave the match and minimize the game.
- Right-click on the Overwolf icon in the system tray.
- Click on the “Support” button.
- Click on the “Create logs zip” button.
- Upload the file and share it with us.
You can upload your logs on dropmefiles.com and share a link on this forum or send in PM.
