Tracker cant save my profile, so I cant see my history matches through the app.
and it cant remove the ads while im already premium.
my tracker.gg id: tartarus719
my valorant riot id: 719#NRG

Hi @tartarus719,

Sorry about the issues, there could be a couple reasons why this is happening.

Firstly, are you using the “Chinese” language on the Overwolf client?

If so, could you try switching it to English, then following the steps below?

  1. Close your game

  2. Close Overwolf from your system tray
    image

  3. Re-open the Valorant Tracker app.

  4. Enter your username and tag once more, in the top left section.

If that doesn’t work, please let me know.

Glad to hear! We’ll release a fix in the next app update. Once that update is released, you can continue to use the Chinese language if you wish.

This solution doesn’t work for me. I encounter the same problem. I have switched my language to English but still cannot save my profile (clicked “SAVE PROFILE” but nothing happened).

If you play in the Chinese region, the app will not recognize your account. We do not support the Chinese region at the moment.

If you play in a different region, could you please try to reset the app data in the app settings and check if it helps? Could you also try to reinstall the app?
