Tracker is working but I can't see the live match ranks

So my tracker works fine. I can see my stats under the scoreboard. But I can’t see the ranks of the people in my lobby during agent selection and during the match itself.

When I open up valorant tracker overlay, it seems that the game doesn’t realize I’m in a match.

Im facing the exact same issue. Tried following the instructions as well as reinstalling overwolf and valorant tracker. It still isnt working unfortunately.
