Tracker says im someone else instead of me

When i hop into a game instead of saying im me, it says im someone else in the lobby, and then it can stick to that person for multiple games in a row and possibly switch to a new person. it seems random on who it chooses.

Hey @KnavishOdin, looks like a repeating issue, can you help us by providing your logs? It will mean a lot to us to get this fixed.

This is how to do it:

  1. Right click on the Overwolf Icon on the bottom side of the screen (next to the clock)
  2. Click “Support”
  3. at the bottom of the window that was opened, there will be “create logs file”
  4. It will open the folder it saved the logs in
  5. please send it to us with a download link (google drive or anything you want)

Also, which username are you getting btw?

Im having the same issue.
However when i use the recording software such as fuze tv as well as r6 tracker it records my perspective of the person in r6 tracker.
this only happens sometimes, however now im stuck with a different account on r6 tracker
