I’ve been trying to login for the past two days now and each time I try logging in on IOS the “human verification” always fails. I don’t know what to do about it, I made my account on a chrome browser on my laptop so I’m not sure if that has to do with it. I tried deleting and redownloading the app, tried requesting the site pop up for a desktop browser and then logging in, and typing my password fully since I was copying and pasting it previously. Nothing has worked so far and I hope something can be done about it. My phone is on IOS 15.1 if that matters and is an iPhone 7.
Hey there, are you using any sort of proxy or VPN? Or perhaps connecting from a country that has a poor reputation with Cloudflare? Cloudflare is our firewall and they appear to be blocking you. We’ll look into it on our end as well, but it’s likely something to do with the reputation of your IP address with Cloudflare.
