First of all your account appears to load perfectly fine on my side so this is an issue we need to identify on your end. (I’ve checked both the site and app)
I wanted to provide a final consolidated update from my side, as I’ve now completed all client-side troubleshooting steps suggested.
Current status on my end:
No VPN is being used (including Cloudflare WARP or similar).
Valorant Tracker App version: 1.29.7
Overwolf client and all components are fully up to date.
DNS was previously set to Google (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4), which has now been reverted to automatic / Cloudflare.
DNS cache flushed (ipconfig /flushdns) and system restarted.
Overwolf and Valorant Tracker relaunched cleanly as administrator.
Joined live matches (Deathmatch & Competitive) with the tracker running.
Issue still persists:
Profile does not load in the app and remains stuck on “Looking for stats…”
Manual search inside the app still returns “No profile found.”
Overlay detects the game correctly, but stats never populate.
Since the profile loads correctly on your side (both site and app), and all local configuration, network, DNS, and version checks have been exhausted on my end, this appears to be a client-side sync or account binding issue specific to my setup.
At this point, I would appreciate guidance on:
Any additional logs you would like me to share, or
A possible manual refresh / rebind of my Riot account on your backend, if applicable.
Hello, I ran into the same problem as you, but only stupidly because I reset my profile, but I can’t log back in. Similarly, a tracker in a rating or other game detects players and data, but the application itself is not linked to the Riot profile, in the account settings, the personal account is linked to the account where the Riot account is also linked, but as a result, the tracker does not work correctly. Tell me, did you manage to solve the problem?
In my case, the issue was caused by a system-level adblocking software running on my PC (not a browser adblocker). It was silently blocking Tracker/Overwolf API calls, so the app detected matches but never linked properly to my Riot profile.
Once I completely disabled/uninstalled the adblocker, restarted my PC, and relaunched Overwolf + Valorant Tracker, the profile linked correctly and stats started loading again.
I’d strongly suggest checking if you’re using:
Any PC-level adblocker
Network/DNS filtering software
Firewall rules blocking tracker/overwolf domains
After disabling those and restarting, test again in a live match.
