Having an issue while playing Valorant and using valorant tracker on my secondary monitor that if I hit my windows key to do something out of game my keyboard and mouse buttons then stop working. The only thing I can do is move my cursor. I’m then forced to turn pc off manually.
I’ve tested this multiple times with Val tracker open and closed but it never does it when I don’t have the program open and running.
Just was wondering if anyone else has this same issue, if it’s a known bug in the process of being fixed, or if i should just avoid opening the app on my pc while playing.
Hi, we’re aware that there is a circumstance which causes your PC to “freeze”. We’re not sure it’s directly linked to our app, as we’re unable to reproduce the issue.
I’ve just completed a match myself with the second screen window enabled. Tried tabbing out mid and post-match, tried pressing the windows key by itself, and as part of a hotkey combination. I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue.
Would you be able to describe the steps which cause the issue in more detail please?
