When I press tab my gui info is really off center, is there a way I can fix it?

In most cases, it happens when your game resolution does not match your display resolution in Windows settings. It may also happen if you are using some custom scaling (you may need to use 100%).
If you are using Windows 11, you should try to adjust these settings (Windows 10 and earlier have similar display settings):
In addition to it, please make sure your game resolution matches your screen resolution in Windows settings.
