When I use a VPN, I can see my account, but the save profile button is not active no matter how many times I click on it.

Based on your region, the service is likely blocked on your side; we’ve had many users from the same region run into the same issue.
Given this is a block from within your country, we cannot really assist much further.
While a VPN will work for a small period of time, they are routinely blocked as they’re often used to sidestep any limits we impose.
