Why can't I connect my premium to my tracker app?

I bought the premium, but it doesn’t connect to my windows app. What should I do?

Sorry about the trouble! Please could you close the desktop app, log into our website with your Premium account, wait a few mins then re-open the desktop app? Seems there way a bug whilst syncing your Premium status.
