Why is my time not showing up for me at all for Prophecy races

I completed the Prophecy run last night and next to my name it says “None”. Why did it not record my run? Am i not doing something right or does it not record unless its under the top 100?

Same thing happen to my team as well. We are all registered an my account shows and linked.
