I have a profile that I used on PlayStation for years, then moved to Xbox and won’t show updates when I search for it on Xbox, it will only show if I look up the PS4 account. I tried to unlink my PS4 account from Ubisoft to see if that would make it update but it won’t. Xbox account is the same as my username here.
Hi, due to a bug that we need to fix, you may have to force update your profile like so every so often.
