Apex tracker didnt work

I open the tracker and see my account with the correkt level but my Rank Rp and stats are wrong, also it dosnt detect if i join a match. i tryed restart overwofl and the tracker and apex but all didnt work.
last time i used it it works 100%fine but now sadly it dosnt. i also dont know how this work with the zip file D:
