Lifetime & Operator Stats not Updating for R6

We are aware that lifetime stats (overall kills/ deaths/ wins/ losses etc) & operator stats are not updating. This is an issue on Ubisoft’s side. This has been an issue since 30/11/2021, Ubisoft are aware of the issue however have not provided an ETA on a fix. If anyone knows how to fix it but I’m trying to see how my abs going and I’m new to R6. Every time I click on my ps4 Id it says there’s an error and that my stats aren’t updated. I have also checked with my in game id and I’ve tried on the all also

Idk if anyone can fix it but my R6 tracker only goes back to year 7 season 4 and I’ve played on the same Ubisoft account since operation health, I changed PlayStation accounts but it’s the same Ubisoft account can this get fixed please

Hi, in this case, there is nothing to fix. Ranked 1.0 data is tied to the specific account on a specific platform.

I’ve played with the same accounts since the beta and launch day . And even to this day the tracking on my recent season yr10 do not show correctly.

not even on the game itself. But also on PlayStation the tracking of game data hours are incorrect as well . Suggestions would be appreciated.
