hello, i downloaded the tracker.gg app and whenever I attempt to link my profile it says “profile not found”, even though I have my steam account linked with my tracker.gg account and I have it added in BF6 profiles in settings

Can’t find username TRNSearchSucks, please fix your search to allow filtering crazy that I need to filter through a million Chinese accounts to find myself it is impossible

I did follow the guide, I did try the workaround, still nothing

same, and a dead end with other known workarounds too. Triple check all permissions. All accounts synced - perhaps it is communication with the game in early days is the issue, but I see plenty of my friends with populated stats so idk

While I appreciate the username, the search limitation is with the API, not with us.

Please feel free to link me to your Steam profile and i’ll try to keep track of it for you.

Hello,

It’s because the API has limitations and users profile name searching rather than UID

I can’t see your BF6 profile yet, but I think this is your Steam profile: Steam Community :: RiotEarp it’s private so i can’t really verify things.

Let me know if that is/is not your account and i’ll let you know when your account is viewable

I also tried changing my profile name to something hopefully very unique for a couple of matches, but still couldn’t find my profile on both the tracker website and app

Your profile is on the list of accounts we’re having issues with.
