When I type SpartanX920 (is my psn id profile) in the search box, the autocomplete only suggests SpartanX92011. If I press Enter without selecting anything, Tracker still redirects me to SpartanX92011 instead of performing an exact search for SpartanX920. This makes it impossible to search for my own profile. Other users with similar names may be affected as well. Is possible to do something please? Is the first game i have this problem, never in other games or battlefield.
That’s because we cannot find an account by the name of “SpartanX920”; the search is still completing in the background before going to the close match.
Yes my stats are public i check in the game settings, it’s the first time for me, every other games works with no issues.
However i try with some friends that them id doesn’t pop in the sesrch bar but when i press enter the site find the profile, but because there’s not similar name find by the search bar
I fixed it by turning Data Sharing and Public Profile off and back on in the game settings. After one match, my online ID magically appeared in the search bar. I hope this can help someone with the same problem
