Fortnite Tracker not tracking live games

My Fortnite Tracker app appears to only track the live game for the first game after I launch Fortnite. Any subsequent games do not appear in the Match History log. See attached for my logs. Everything else appears to work as normal, except the on-screen overlay does not automatically hide once the game starts, I have to press Ctrl + F to manually hide it. It says I am on version 3.12.5

I’ll also add that for the games that are recorded, the kill totals are incorrect

Sorry for a late response. I reviewed your logs and I can see why the app fails to save your subsequent matches, we will work on a fix. We will check the overlay and the kills counter as well, I could not confirm the issues from the logs yet.

Thank you for the update! I’ve just been keeping the fortnitetracker.com website open in the meantime, but I do like looking at the weapon specific stats (once the weapons DB is updated).

i have the same issue, the app doesn’t track live games, it has been like that for over 2 months

Thank you for your reports @TheVanBurenBoys and @imsoleet, we have just released a new build that resolves most of the known issues. Please make sure that you are using v3.12.6 or newer (you can check it in the app settings).

If you are still experiencing any issues, please let me know.

hello, worked fine for one game after i reinstalled the app, but now it only shows that i win in match history and 0 info about who i killed in the games.

Back from the holidays and wanted to add that I am seeing this as an issue as well. The overlay and match-tracking issues do seem resolved, but I no longer see individual combat info in the match recaps

Quick update not sure if it’s been fixed, but in the 10 or so games I played last night the rank/wins overlay and match recap combat info were both working. Not sure if it had to do with me restarting Fortnite after my first few games or not, but seems to be working for me now

Glad I’m not the only one having problems. Live match works once on the first game but doesn’t work or only shows me in the lobby and not my teammates. A fix would be great

Could you explain exactly what issue you are seeing? From your last match, initially seems like everything is okay.

In that game in particular, it only worked for half of the game.

The app works fine in zero build ranked, the problem appears to be in normal games.

For me it sometimes work and sometimes not.
In the past is listed all the matches, now I see only to solo one.
